The constantly changing environment, technical innovations, the latest trends that are sometimes impossible to keep up with, make us miss the past, the times of our childhood, the idyllic atmosphere of holidays in the countryside. From this longing for peace, carefree and silence, a rustic style was born, which more and more often appears not only in our homes, but also in the most fashionable interior design magazines.

Now, when we are constantly busy and reliant on modern technology, we are looking for peace, return to nature, simplicity, carefree childhood times. This is how we want to feel when we come home after a hard day's work. We want to feel the idyllic atmosphere of a country house. The interior design in a rustic style is a wonderful return not only to the past, but above all to nature. They are characterized by natural materials, simple organization and a comfortable country house. The rustic interiors are full of wood that looks particularly raw, with visible roots and branches. Wooden floors, wooden columns and ceiling beams are also ideal for this. Rusticism does not tolerate artificiality, plastic or cardboard. If the piece of furniture is solid wood, waxed, straight, stained or milled. Wooden chests of drawers, chests of drawers and window cabinets dominate, in which we display souvenirs from childhood or beautiful old porcelain. In terms of colors, white, beige and rustic shades dominate. We mainly choose warm and neutral colors, we avoid bright ones. It creates a harmonious, quiet and, above all, very comfortable interior.
