SIMPLE, BUT EFFECTIVE DESIGN PATTERNS The Scandinavian style is a combination of intimacy, comfort, peace and warmth with the simultaneous feeling of these emotions. Black and white are the basis of many Scandinavian designs. At the construction stage, these were the colors that prepared the perfect ground and could be harmoniously combined with each other.

The white color makes the space look wider and more spacious than it really is. The geographical features of the Scandinavian countries can also be indicated as the reason for this color being brought to the fore. The white color with the light effect provides a sense of comfort at home. In the past, traditional Scandinavian houses were so small that it was impossible to possess many items. Although much larger projects are being built today, the philosophy of staying away from clutter and chaos still continues. For this reason, it can be said that simplicity and order are the most important features of a Scandinavian style decoration. Scandinavian houses do not use too many decorations and details. Practical and solid wooden furniture with clean lines and plenty of storage space in cabinets and on wooden shelves for an uncluttered look are preferred.
